I used Wisdom Estates to market the flat of my deceased Father. This was obviously not a pleasant experience for me, but Robert could not have done more to make the process as simple and painless as possible. On many occasions he went beyond what I felt was his call of duty, and enabled me to sell the property without actually having to visit again; for which I was very grateful. Within a few short weeks he had arranged a good amount of viewings, and very quickly secured me a great offer on the flat. The sale appeared to go through without a hitch to completion, with Robert keeping me very well informed as to what was happening from his side of things. I would not hesitate to recommend Wisdom Estates, and Robert, to anyone looking to buy or sell their property.' I wish you all the success in the world!

I can’t recommend Wisdom Estates highly enough, complete professionalism from start to finish. Rob and his team exceeded all of our expectations and we really feel that they took the time to understand our priorities as clients. From listing our property they managed all of the viewings, secured us a number of great offers and provided us with regular updates on the progress of sale right through to completion. I I wouldn’t use another estate agent again, excellent work.

I would just like to write this review for Rob and his team at Wisdom Estates who recently sold our home in Dartford. We decided to sell our house in October and got Wisdom Estates to come out along with other bigger estate agents. We were immediately impressed with Rob, his professionalism and friendliness, and decided to go with Wisdom Estates. He also he valued our house at £10,000 more than the other estate agents! That evening we did get the jitters and wondered if we had made the right choice but we decided to stick with Wisdom Estates as Rob had given such a good impression and wasn't at all pushy unlike the other estate agents. What a choice it was, from start to finish we can honestly say that Rob has been fantastic, much better than any estate agents we have ever used in the past! He responds quickly to emails and calls and also is not afraid to go above and beyond what he would be doing as an estate agent! It's a shame we have moved to the other end of the country otherwise we would have used Wisdom Estates in the future without a shadow of doubt! I would rate Rob and his team 100 out of 10 and I wish him, his team and the company all the best in the future! You are doing a wonderful job, keep it up! I think the service delivered by Wisdom Estates is fantastic. Constant nudges to the solicitor, constant updates, quick to react and a friendly person on the end of the phone. Everything I look out for in an estate agent. I have used other estate agents and lettings agents in the past but from now I would always use Wisdom Estates. Keep it up guys!
