Just bought the property from Wisdom Estate and Robert was a very helpful person from the day one to the last minute.He keeps you up to date with everything all the time and he is a go to person who is willing to help with anything.

I genuinely cannot fault Wisdom Estates on any area of service. They are extremely knowledgeable (if only I had listened to them from the start about my choice of solicitor, I would have saved myself months of pain - but that is another story) with commendable customer service. Whilst I was a buyer, I can genuinely say they put the needs of their client first and if ever I was looking to sell my property, I would not hesitate to choose their service as I know they would do everything within their power to ensure the job gets done and more importantly that it gets done well. We were really impressed with how Rob and Matt dealt with our sale, communication was excellent and they worked above and beyond to get our property sold quickly. What a lovely, friendly, supportive and professional company with none of the smarminess you might expect from estate agents. We decided to sell our home through Wisdom Estates during lockdown - not the best time to do this but after our preliminary meeting we felt confident that Robert and his team had the right approach to meet our needs as sellers - not overselling themselves but obviously understood the market place - it was important to us that they were local rather than part of a national chain. The one positive of lockdown is that Wisdom Estates handled all the viewings which took the pressure of us. We had weekly updates by email on viewings with feedback from buyers. Communication continued to be great with Matthew after the sale was agreed at the price we were expecting. We never had to chase anything - if we missed a call, Matthew followed up by email which just made things so much easier. We would definitely recommend Wisdom Estates over and over again. Cheers Ann

Having initially met with Robert from Wisdom Estates prior to the unfortunate Covid-19 lockdown, along with a number of other agents, Robert was the only one who kept in touch throughout and his friendly and professional approach, struck both my wife and I, as someone we would be happy to work with for the sale of our home. The communication coming out of lockdown and placing the house on the market almost immediately, was exceptional, especially considering that they were learning how to adapt as we went and how to put it all into practice for the sale of our home. Matt, who conducted the viewings over 2 days, was equally communicative and following a number of promising viewings, together we found the best buyer for our home. It's easy to say the service was second to none, but in this case it's entirely accurate, right through to the exchange and completion Robert, Emily and Matt have been there to help us, and our buyers, over any hurdle which came up. Wisdom estates helped me and my partner find and buy our 1st home. We viewed our first and many homes through their service until we found the one we wanted.. As first time buyers we had zero knowledge of all the process that should follow upon purchasing our first home; they guided us through the entire process from the start of our journey when first started searching, finding solicitors, sorting surveys and handed us the keys.. We are humbled by their honesty, insight and guidence.. I have already sent a few friends they're way; looking to buy they're first homes.. A great service worth every penny!

Robert Wisdom and his team were professional from start to end. Our buying experience and working with Robert has been amazing. We truthfully could not have asked for more. From fist viewing through to completion Robert was not only extremely helpful at every stage of the process, but also pro-active in facilitating the engagements with us, the sellers and the solicitors to ensure everyone was kept up to date. Robert went the extra mile to keep us positive and assured, and we knew what was going on at all times. We are absolutely delighted with our new home. Recommend to anyone.
