We decided to sell our home through Wisdom Estates during lockdown - not the best time to do this but after our preliminary meeting we felt confident that Robert and his team had the right approach to meet our needs as sellers - not overselling themselves but obviously understood the market place - it was important to us that they were local rather than part of a national chain. The one positive of lockdown is that Wisdom Estates handled all the viewings which took the pressure of us. We had weekly updates by email on viewings with feedback from buyers. Communication continued to be great with Matthew after the sale was agreed at the price we were expecting. We never had to chase anything - if we missed a call, Matthew followed up by email which just made things so much easier. We would definitely recommend Wisdom Estates over and over again. Cheers Ann
